Find a place where you can relax, sitting or lying down. Take this time is for you to meditate. Where you will not be disturbed and while you are not driving. You may place your hands in your lap or palms up at your sides as your eyes gentle close.
We are now going to go into the world of deep relaxation. Take a deep breath in and relax.
Take another deep breath in and breathe out.

Your journey takes you deep into your imagination to your favorite place beside the water. It could be outdoors by the sea or indoors by a wave pool. You might be lying on your favorite chair or directly on the sand? It doesn’t really matter Let your mind take you completely away.
You are lying beside the ocean on a warm beach. Imagine the water, it is crystal clear and how it glistens in the sun. The ocean is pure and the waves are calming as it begins to take away all of your stress and the strain. Feel the soft sand beneath your body. It is warm as it cushions you and supports you. Hear the ocean. Become one with the ocean.
Now the ocean waves gently began to wash over your body. Starting at your feet, the waves began to come gently up your legs. The water is warm and comforting. With each warm ocean wave, it moves further and further up your body as the tide comes in and out. The waves wash in and out. Feel the wave washing in and out. It brings in all the love and nourishment you need, while taking away any negative emotions, any lack, any limitation you place on yourself. The wave washes away all the (+worry and anxiety) and brings in all the love that you desire (and fulfills all your desire for love). Washing away all the sadness and anger; bringing in happiness and joy. Washing away depression and frustration; bringing in peace and harmony. Each wave washes away bitterness and fear and it returns joy and laughter. Feel each wave coming in and out. Bringing in what you need and taking out what you don’t. Allow yourself to be submerged completely by the ocean waves and drift away.
As the tide retreats back into the ocean, you awake to a gentle sunset on the horizon.
Leaving you refreshed, rejuvenated and filled with more and more love for yourself. Take one more breath in and breathe out. See yourself as complete, whole and healthy. You wiggle your fingers and your toes as you come back to a more peaceful, relaxed loving day.
