Why holding on to this one thing can weaken your health!

Holding on to this can weaken health! www.ANAturalSolution.net

There are many things that are well known to have a negative effect on the physical body - like smoking, excess drinking and eating the wrong foods. But, there is one thing that we all have done that you may never consider how it is affecting you. It is Holding on to LOVE!

Yes, holding on to love, instead of expressing it in a healthy way can block your Chi. In Chinese Medicine, Qi (Chi) is the vital life force or soul within. The energy of the qi flows constantly throughout the body unless there is a blockage. Each organ has an emotion attached to it. And joy and happiness is attached to the Heart. The emotion of love tends to resonate with joy. The absence of joy will cause an imbalance in the Small Intestines, which is paired with the Heart. There must be a balance of energy between the organs. If not it can weaken your health.

For example, there may be times when you are trying to get your mate to eat better. Reminding them that the extra pork is going to raise their blood pressure, does not go over well. An argument ensues and tempers flare. But, you never say, “It is upsetting me because I love you. I want you around. I expect you to take care of yourself so we can live a long, active life together."

Are you holding on to love until a major calendar holiday? Show love more to receive more love. You will be radiant and the reflection will only come back to you. And love comes back super-fast.

How can you let this energy flow?

  1. Focus on what you DO have

Now instead of focusing on what you do not have, focus on what you do have. Try to be grateful for the small blessings that have come your way. Write down 5 things in your home that you love. When you wake up each morning, think of 5 new things you appreciate about your home.

  1. Give to those in need

Find things in your home or office that you are no longer using and donate them. This could be clothes, shoes, or electronics. This is a fantastic way to spread love and it will give you a de-cluttering project to focus on. Make room for more of the things you love.

  1. Love your Loved ones

Single ladies and gentlemen have a tough time with these holidays like Valentine’s Day. The focus is so much on having a romantic love in their your that you many at times push it away. This year, think of all the people who have been in your life for many years. Have you ever told them that you love them you? How about your play Aunt or Uncle or God-Parent? Did you remember your best friend or say Love ya! to a long term co-worker. With the right intention this spirit will spread and allow more freedom of expressing pure love. That’s how to bring more love to Valentine’s Day.

Instead of saying Good-bye on the phone- say, “Love ya!”

  1. Relax and Meditate

Many times we get too uptight because of all the audio and images around certain calendar days. They are designed to get into your head and drive you to feel pressured to buy. Men and women alike feel this. Some people just don’t like to be told what to do.

So, may I suggest some relaxation and meditation to clear your mind and raise your energy? Allow a chance for your life to flow naturally. When you find peace inside, it will be easier to judge what a good show of love will be. Give a more thoughtful gift. One that will last like a meditation CD. Why not take a retreat? ANaturalSolution.net has a wonderful guided mediation CD and other relaxation packages for you or your loved ones.

  1. Show love to yourself

Do things for you that you would do for a lover. This makes you the object of your affections. Showing this love for yourself will reflect the radiant love from within. People will start to treat you the way you treat yourself.

This may be hard at first, but just look in the mirror and say, I love you. I love you! Take yourself out to your favorite event or ask a friend to join you. There you will find others who love what you love. This will strengthen your friendships and bring in more positive energy.

LOVE is found everywhere!

Let us renew our resolutions with ways to show love to the world and ourselves every day. Release this emotion called love in a loving way. Improve your health by focusing on the positive points of life. It can be that simple. Those other emotions that you felt will surely fade to the background. The word love has a vibration that lifts and comforts. Use the word more often, as well as on February 14.

Happy Valentine’s Day! Help us spread love all year long! LOVE YA!

 LOVE YA!

Superb reminders that it is in sharing and being generous with physical items along with compassion and caring that we lift the spirits of others as well as our own.

Excellent post! I agree! The most important thing is to love yourself first, this is the only way you will be able to give it to others. Sometimes it is hard to give yourself all the love you deserve because of how brain washed this society is. Keep your head high and keep the love flowing. :)
    Peace and blessings
